First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether one 60-minute session of Baduanjin Qigong can quickly lower anxiety, improve mood, and speed up reaction time in 50 occupational therapy students aged 18-25. Each student will try both the Qigong session and a control activity on different days, with measurements taken before and after. If it works, Qigong could be a simple, low-cost way to help students feel better fast.
