New stroke drug aims to boost recovery after Clot-Busters

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called QD202 in people who have had a stroke caused by a blood clot and are receiving standard clot-busting treatment. The goal is to see if QD202 is safe and helps improve recovery. About 120 adults will receive either QD202 or a placebo as an IV infusion for 5 days, and their progress will be tracked for 90 days.
