Can a smarter drug schedule keep breast cancer at bay?

Summary
This study looks at whether taking the targeted drug pyrotinib continuously or only at certain times works better to keep HER2-positive breast cancer from coming back. About 488 adults who have already had initial treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two schedules. The goal is to see which approach offers better cancer control with fewer side effects.
