New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat breast tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (pyrotinib, darcilib, and standard hormone therapy) given before surgery to people with a common type of breast cancer (HR+HER2 low). The goal is to see if this approach shrinks tumors more effectively. About 33 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for response.
