First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding pyrotinib to two standard drugs (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) can help keep advanced HER2-positive breast cancer from growing. About 42 adults with this type of cancer will receive the combination as maintenance therapy after initial treatment. The goal is to see how long the cancer stays controlled and to monitor side effects.
