Summary
This study is the first time PVT401, a potential treatment for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), is being tested in humans. The goal is to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Healthy volunteers will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor them for side effects and measure drug levels in their blood.
