Summary
This early-stage study tested a single dose of PVT201 in 24 healthy volunteers and patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) or primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). The main goal was to check safety and see how the drug moves through the body. Healthy volunteers received either PVT201 or a placebo, while all patients got the real drug. This is a first step to see if PVT201 is safe enough for further testing.
