Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (pirtobrutinib, lisaftoclax, and rituximab) in adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors or make them disappear. About 29 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor side effects and response after two cycles.
