Summary
This study is testing a new device called the PULSTA Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve. It's for people with a leaky or narrowed pulmonary valve in their heart, often due to a condition like Tetralogy of Fallot. Doctors implant the valve using a catheter through blood vessels, avoiding open-heart surgery. The main goal is to see if the valve is safe and improves heart function over five years.
