Summary
This study tests a device that uses sound waves (lithotripsy) to crack calcium buildup in leg arteries, helping blood flow better in people with peripheral artery disease. About 115 adults with moderate to severe blockages will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if the device is safe and effective at opening arteries without causing serious complications.
