New study tests better way to treat kids' tooth infections

Summary

This study compares two dental treatments for infected baby molars in children aged 6-8. One treatment removes only the infected pulp (pulpotomy), while the other removes all pulp (pulpectomy). The goal is to see which causes less pain and has better success over 12 months. Fifty children will take part.
