Summary
This study tests two special dental filling materials, Biodentine and NeoPutty, to treat severe tooth nerve inflammation (irreversible pulpitis) in 60 adults. The goal is to see if these materials can heal the tooth and prevent the need for a root canal. Participants receive a single treatment and are followed for 12 months to check tooth survival and pain levels.
