Summary
This study tests two special dental materials, Biodentine and NeoPutty, to treat painful tooth nerve inflammation (irreversible pulpitis) in adults. Sixty participants receive a single-session treatment to remove the inflamed nerve part and seal the tooth. The goal is to see if the tooth survives without needing a root canal. Pain and healing are checked at 3, 6, and 12 months.
