Summary
This study looks at two methods for treating infected baby molars in children aged 5-7. One method uses a manual tool, the other a rotating tool, both to clean and fill the tooth in a single visit. The goal is to see which approach works better over a year, focusing on pain, swelling, and healing. About 44 children will take part.
