New implanted device tested to help failing hearts in lung disease patients

Summary
This early study is testing the safety and performance of a new implanted device, the Aria CV Pulmonary Hypertension System, in patients with pulmonary hypertension and right heart dysfunction. Up to 30 participants at US hospitals will have the device implanted and be followed for two years. The main goal is to see if the device is safe and can help improve patients' ability to exercise, their breathing, and their overall quality of life.
