This study looked at how to best manage high blood pressure in people living with HIV in Uganda. Researchers compared two different approaches to add blood pressure care into regular HIV clinic visits. Over 87,000 adults took part, and the goal was to see which method worked better to control blood pressure and was more cost-effective.
