Summary
This study looks at 50 children aged 1-18 having penile surgery to find the best place and depth for a pudendal nerve block, a type of pain relief injection. Researchers will measure how far from the anus the needle should go and how deep it needs to reach, and see if these measurements relate to the child's age, height, and weight. The goal is to make this pain block more accurate and effective for future surgeries.
