Sleep therapy may unlock PTSD care for women veterans

Summary

This study tests a sleep therapy adapted for trauma survivors in women veterans with both insomnia and PTSD. Half receive the sleep therapy, half get a standard educational program. The goal is to see if better sleep makes them more willing and able to start PTSD treatment. 100 women from VA clinics in Los Angeles will take part.
