Summary
This small pilot study is testing if a specially adapted form of talk therapy for PTSD, delivered by video call, can work for people getting help at syringe service programs. The main goal is to see if this therapy is practical and acceptable, and if it can reduce PTSD symptoms while helping participants stay on their prescribed medication for opioid addiction. The study will enroll 15 adults who have both PTSD and opioid use disorder.
