Summary

This study tested a therapist-assisted self-management program for 80 veterans who had already completed trauma-focused therapy for PTSD and seen improvement. The goal was to help them maintain or further reduce symptoms, boost confidence in managing their condition, and cut down on the number of mental health appointments needed.
