First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called PTM-101 given alongside standard chemotherapy for people with pancreatic cancer that is borderline resectable or locally advanced (not yet spread to distant organs). The goal is to see if adding PTM-101 is safe and can shrink tumors enough to make surgery possible. About 26 people who have not had prior treatment will take part.
