Ecuador launches major study to track Real-World therapy results

Summary
This study aims to understand how much people's psychological distress changes during regular psychotherapy in Ecuador. It will follow 340 clients receiving therapy at local clinics, asking them to fill out brief well-being questionnaires before their sessions. The goal is to learn what factors are linked to better outcomes in real-world mental health services.
