Veterans' home exercise habits under the microscope

NCT ID NCT05616832

First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looked at what makes it easier or harder for veteran stroke survivors to do arm and hand exercises at home. Researchers gave surveys about mood, confidence, and sleep, then asked 13 participants to track their home exercise with a wearable device. The goal was to understand the personal factors that affect exercise habits, not to test a new treatment.
