Summary
This study tested a new psychological treatment for people with gaming disorder or hazardous gaming. 68 participants received therapy based on cognitive behavioral therapy and family therapy, either individually or with family. The goal was to reduce gaming symptoms, psychological distress, and improve daily functioning.
