Summary
This study follows 2,000 adults with various cancers to see if psychological distress (like anxiety or depression) impacts how well they stick to treatment, their health outcomes, and their quality of life. Participants complete questionnaires and are tracked for 3 years. The goal is to understand the connection, not to test a new treatment.
