Summary
This study follows 2,000 adults with cancer to see if psychological distress (like anxiety or depression) impacts how well they stick to treatment, their health outcomes, and their quality of life. Participants complete questionnaires and are monitored for 3 years. The goal is to understand the link between mental health and cancer care, not to test a new treatment.
