First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a six-session workshop designed to help female university students find their own motivation to exercise. The program focuses on building confidence, reducing pressure, and promoting a positive body image. Researchers will compare the workshop group to a control group to see if it leads to healthier exercise habits and better well-being.
