Summary
This study tested whether a 10-session psychodrama program could improve psychological well-being, self-esteem, and empathy in nursing students. Forty students were randomly assigned to either the psychodrama group or a no-intervention control group. Researchers measured changes in emotions, self-compassion, and empathy before, after, and two months following the program.
