First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested whether a 10-week psychodrama program (a type of group therapy using role-play) could improve empathy, self-compassion, and overall well-being in 40 nursing students. Half took part in the program, while the other half continued their usual studies. Researchers measured changes at the start, right after the program, and two months later. The goal was to see if this approach could support students' mental health and professional growth.
