First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested whether a type of group therapy called psychodrama could improve nursing students' empathy, self-compassion, and overall well-being. Forty students were randomly assigned to either attend ten weekly psychodrama sessions or continue their normal routine. Researchers measured changes in emotions, self-esteem, and personality before, after, and two months later to see if the therapy had lasting benefits.
