Summary
This study tests a short, skills-based program called Problem-Solving Training for Concussion (PST-Concussion) for Veterans who have had a mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) and also struggle with mental health symptoms like depression or PTSD. The goal is to see if this brief therapy, delivered in primary care, can reduce distress and improve daily functioning. About 134 Veterans will take part.
