Blood test clues sought for better arthritis treatment

Summary
This study aims to understand how well advanced biologic and targeted synthetic drugs work for adults with psoriatic arthritis who are starting a new one as part of their regular care. Researchers will follow 400 participants for a year to see if treatment effectiveness changes based on how many previous similar drugs they've tried. They will also check if antibodies against the drug or drug levels in the blood can help predict how well the treatment will work.
