Can blood tests predict which arthritis drug will work for you?
NCT ID NCT07417995
Summary
This study aims to understand how well advanced biologic and targeted synthetic drugs work for adults with psoriatic arthritis, especially for those who have tried several treatments before. Researchers will follow 400 participants for a year to see if treatment success differs based on how many prior drugs they've used and if simple blood tests can help predict which patients will respond best. The study is observational, meaning participants receive their standard care while providing data and blood samples to help answer these questions.
