Summary
This study is creating a large registry to track how approved treatments work for people with psoriatic arthritis or spondyloarthritis in real-world settings. Researchers will follow 5,000 patients over time to compare treatment effectiveness and safety, and better understand how these conditions progress. The study doesn't test new treatments but collects information during patients' regular doctor visits to learn about current care patterns and outcomes.
