Summary

This study compared the effectiveness and safety of two injectable biologic drugs, secukinumab and ustekinumab, in adults with active psoriatic arthritis. All 119 participants had not gotten enough relief from a previous standard biologic treatment. The 28-week trial measured improvements in joint pain, swelling, skin psoriasis, and daily function.
