NCT ID NCT07495657
First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study follows 45 adults with severe plaque psoriasis who are starting a new standard treatment. Researchers will track changes in skin redness, scaling, and thickness, as well as features seen under a special magnifying tool called a dermoscope. They will also measure how the condition affects daily life and disability using questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the full impact of treatment, not to test a new drug.
