Summary

This observational study will follow 45 adults with severe plaque psoriasis as they receive standard treatment. Researchers will measure changes in skin redness, scaling, and thickness, as well as features seen under a special skin microscope. They will also track how the condition affects participants' daily life and disability using questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the full impact of treatment beyond just skin symptoms.
