NCT ID NCT04630652
First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of risankizumab (Skyrizi) can clear psoriasis for up to 66 weeks in some patients. Researchers will analyze skin biopsies to understand how the drug changes immune cells and why some people stay clear without ongoing treatment. The goal is to find ways to achieve long-term remission, though most patients still need regular injections to control the disease.
