Summary
This study aimed to better understand what causes psoriasis by examining skin samples. Researchers compared skin from 40 people with psoriasis to normal skin, looking at specific immune cells (CD4+ T cells) and a protein called S100A7. The goal was to see if these factors are linked to how severe the skin condition is.
