Summary
This study looked at skin samples from 40 people with psoriasis to understand how certain immune cells (CD4+ T cells) and a protein called S100A7 work together in the disease. Researchers used special staining techniques to measure these substances in the skin. The goal was to learn more about what causes psoriasis, not to test a new treatment.
