New psoriasis pill shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tested an experimental oral tablet (JNJ-77242113) against a placebo in 90 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The main goal was to see if the pill could reduce psoriasis severity by at least 75% after 16 weeks. Participants had to have psoriasis for at least 6 months and cover at least 10% of their body surface.
