Summary
This study compares two existing oral medications—methotrexate and apremilast—to see which works better for controlling moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Researchers will enroll 106 adults with psoriasis in Pakistan and measure their skin improvement over 12 weeks. The goal is to help doctors choose the most effective treatment based on local evidence.
