Summary
This study aims to find out which of two oral medications works better for controlling moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. It will compare methotrexate, a long-used treatment, with apremilast, a newer drug. The trial will involve 106 adults in Pakistan and will measure how well each drug clears skin plaques over 12 weeks.
