NCT ID NCT06994364
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether pressing on a trigger point in the psoas muscle (a deep hip muscle) can immediately reduce low back pain and improve how well the lower back can move. Researchers will compare the real technique to a fake (placebo) version in 40 young adults aged 18–30 who have had back pain for less than a month. The goal is to see if this simple hands-on approach provides quick relief.
