NCT ID NCT06994364
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether pressing on a trigger point in the psoas muscle (a deep hip muscle) can immediately reduce low back pain and improve how well you can bend and twist. Researchers will compare this technique to a placebo in 40 young adults (18-30) who have had back pain for less than a month. The goal is to see if this simple hands-on approach offers quick relief without medication.
