Summary
This early-phase study tested a radioactive drug (177Lu-PSMA-1) in 6 adults with metastatic clear cell kidney cancer that had progressed after at least two prior treatments. The goal was to check safety and see if the drug could control the disease for 24 weeks. The treatment was given as four intravenous injections, six weeks apart.
