Doctors test High-Tech scans to monitor prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT06479187
Summary
This study aims to learn if a special type of scan called a PSMA-PET can be used to monitor how well treatment is working for men with metastatic prostate cancer that still responds to hormone therapy. Twenty participants will receive standard treatment and undergo two of these scans—one before starting and one after six months—to see if the scan results match other signs of the disease. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors better tailor future treatments based on scan results.
