New scan could spot hidden prostate cancer spread

Summary
This study is testing a special PET/CT scan that uses a radioactive tracer to find if prostate cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. It involves 380 men with newly diagnosed high-risk prostate cancer who are planning surgery. The goal is to see if this scan is more accurate than current methods for guiding treatment decisions.
