Summary
This small study tests whether psilocybin or ketamine, combined with talk therapy, can help men aged 25-65 reduce heavy drinking. Participants must have moderate to severe alcohol use disorder and at least 4 heavy drinking days per month. The study tracks alcohol use and brain changes using scans.
