Summary

This study tested whether a pharmaceutical-grade psilocybin, given in a group therapy setting, is safe and can help reduce anxiety and depression in people with metastatic cancer. 55 adults with advanced cancer took part. The goal was to see if this approach could ease emotional distress without causing serious side effects.
